The idea of having feline design elements in the branding emanates from the founder being a cat person himself. A little backstory: Maudrey, the first feline friend, has tremendously changed the life of the founder and remains a faithful, special friend until this day.
Embodying traits of a feline, NekoDrey holds values of inquisitiveness— the quality of wanting to discover as much as you can about things. Like a cat, watching its prey at every move before deducing the next best course of action.
We are friendly in engaging our clients and vigilant in handling your needs with care.
Born in Penang, Malaysia
Since 2019, I worked as Multimedia Designer in a digital marketing agency, handling various client work from animation to web design.
In 2022, I started small freelancing services specially on web and uiux design.
Nekodrey was founded by me to afford a better living for my 3 demanding cats. I create magic out of blank canvases like a magician pulling out rabbits from his hat. I possess strong foundations in design and a creative soul that allows me to be versatile with my work.

A website is an important management resource that can play a wide range of roles from attracting customers to making contracts, if it is used properly.
However, if you start creating a website with an ambiguous purpose, you may not be able to fully demonstrate its true value.
At NekoDrey Design, briefing before designing is very important for creating a website that creates sustainable value even after it is created and published.
Some customers may not be familiar or understand the workflow of Web design. Worry not, we will guide you through the process of web designing, and points to check throughout the entire project.
During the briefing process, please tell us about the strengths and weaknesses of products and services, business background, and future plans.
We will tell you clearly about the balance between cost and quality related to the website.
In other words, there is some connection between cost and the quality of the design. For example, it is hard to request clients to increase the budget to have a better layout and better design. In this case, it may be a burden for the client to cut down the cost and leave the client with no choice but to forgo the massive potential of an online presence.
Nekodrey Design do not compete to bring down the price but we are dedicated to a deeper understanding of the business and how to optimize and maximize the result within the budget.

We will prepare a quotation based on the contents of the hearing.

We will hear from various points of view, such as website requests and business. (Since the feeling of the cost will change greatly depending on the content of the hearing, we recommend conducting a hearing before making an estimate)
We will decide the policy such as setting the goal of the website and what kind of content / function is required. If necessary, we will create proposals and requirement definitions.

Based on the information, images, and other materials provided by our customers, we will create wireframes that offer detailed suggestions on the content of each page.

A design proposal is drafted for the web pages, confirm the overall design direction, and then start designing other detailed pages.
Copywriting is proposed to suit the content of the design and to create extensive values for the client’s brand and online presence.

As soon as the design is finalized, we will start implementing coding to the website.
We will introduce CMS such as WordPress for an easier and user-friendly method for the client to manage their own website

A few tests will be run on the finished website to verify whether it is displayed without problems in various browsing environments and whether it meets SEO and security requirements.

Credentials will be handed to the client upon handover.

There is no actual timeline for a project before the briefing due to certain reasons and complications such as timezone relay, change of expectation, etc.
However, we will provide a detailed estimation time with elaboration after the briefing as such our client is clear about the stages of the project.
Our estimation is stated as below :
Small scale project : 1-2 months
Medium scale project : 3-4 months
Large scale project : 4 months above

Like all art, a rushed project can mirror various issues upon completion. However we do offer limited express services upon an additional rate. Please feel free to contact us if you are in a hurry.
If the schedule is full, we may decline it.

We do provide fine and excellent copywriting services to enhance your website and create narratives. This counts as a separate service/project if not bundled with the web design services we offer.

Depending on the environment of the built, amendment is nearly impossible as it may botch the website layout.
Extra charges may apply if there are necessary changes as we need to secure the website coding and make the changes. These are done via alteration of code.

An inquiry is free and we welcome global projects. Distance is not a problem as we will conduct briefing via online tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
However, if you need a plan proposal that will greatly affect your business, we recommend that you visit us directly as much as possible to have a meeting in order to deepen your understanding and manage expectations.
